Privacy notice
What we collect. Only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, telephone number, and — if you give them — your email address, a subject and your message. We also receive the network address your message was sent from, which is used to stop automated abuse of the form.
Why. To reply to your enquiry. Your details are not used for marketing, are not sold, and are not shared with anyone except the services needed to deliver your message to the firm.
How it travels. The form sends your message to the firm's email inbox through an email delivery service. The website is hosted on Railway. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your browser's network address when it delivers them.
How long. Enquiries are kept in the firm's email for as long as is needed to respond and to meet the firm's professional and legal obligations.
Your rights. You may ask the firm what it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to salah@aldayanilawfirm.com or calling +91-90638 57755. Where it applies, this notice is intended to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and the UK GDPR.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party cookies.
The only thing it stores is your answer to the notice at the foot of the page (“I understand”), kept in your own browser's local storage so the notice is not shown again. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the notice will simply appear once more.
